Ingredients: Saponified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Virgin Olive Oil, Unrefined Shea Butter, Organic Sunflower Oil, Castor Oil, Avocado Oil, Distilled Water, Oatmeal, Almond Meal, Honey Powder, Natural Almond Flavor Oil, Vitamin E Oil

Directions: Apply water to soap and create a lather with hands, then apply soap onto skin or washcloth and rinse off.
